Service Contracts
An Elm Air Conditioning service agreement is for full service, covering parts, labor, and a preventive maintenance Spring Check. It also covers replacement of compressors and coils, if the compressor or coil is covered under a manufacturers' warranty. The agreement does not cover replacement of a non-repairable condensing unit, air handler, or coil.
It also does not cover the cost of filters, as these are disposable items, which require monthly maintenance by the homeowner.
To obtain a service agreement, we would first have to check the system and make any repairs necessary to bring the system into proper working order. This service must be paid for, before an agreement is offered. Once you have a service agreement with Elm Air Conditioning, we send letters to remind you to schedule your Spring Check, as well as automatic renewals and other reminders as needed.
