Elm Air Conditioning utilizes the Maytag line of gas fired forced hot air furnaces. With its 20 year heat exchanger and 5-year parts warranty, it is one of the best backed furnaces in the industry. The LUXAIRE furnace line comes with a 20 year heat exchanger warranty with 5 years on parts. With our in house sheet metal shop, we can custom make all necessary ductwork to accommodate the new furnace.

We can also add a humidifier and or air cleaner from Aprilaire to maintain the best indoor air quality possible. We can replace an existing gas fired water heater in conjunction with a furnace installation.
Elm Air Conditioning also installs Maytag and Luxaire oil fired warm air furnaces. The furnaces can be combined with a matching air conditioning coil and condensing unit to become a complete temperature control system.
