About Us

ELM Air Conditioning has been serving all of long island as a total indoor comfort company since 1952.

We pride ourselves on our expertise in installing central air conditioning throughout the area. In the past 54 years, we have done more than 14,000 installations.

We sell two major brands of heating and air conditioning products: Maytag, a dependable household name for over 100 years, and Luxaire, a division of York International , and a large corporate sponsor of the Make a Wish Foundation. Since we have been in this business for over 50 years and have had the opportunity to see, and work with every major brand of equipment available, we have chosen to sell these particular brands because of their commitment to Quality , Service and Reliability.
